Meatballs

Ingrediėnts Preparation

500 grams ground lean beef Bring ½ liter water to a boil.
1 slice whole wheat bread Crumble the bread in a bowl and add the milk.
1 egg Stir well with a fork.
1 dl. milk Put in the egg and stir well.
8 grams salt Add the lemon-juice and all the herbs.
a little pepper Stir until smooth.
1 tablespoon lemon juice Add the beef bit by bit.
1 teaspoon onion-powder Form 6 to 8 balls.
½ teaspoon garlic-powder The surface has to be smooth, without cracks.
1 teaspoon paprika-powder Heat the oil together with the butter in a pan.
½ tablespoon parsley-flakes Put the balls in.
2 tablespoons olive-oil Turn carefully several times until golden brown.
2 tablespoons butter. Add the boiling water and put the lid on the pan.
Simmer the balls for 30 to 40 minutes.
Tip:
These meatballs taste good with the red cabbage
and apples. You find this recipe by the vegetables.
