CRISP BUTTER COOKIES   Spritsen.gif (6024 bytes)

250 gram soft butter 450 gram flour
250 gram sugar 125 gram grounded almonds(without peel)
2 tablespoons vanilla sugar 5 tablespoons of milk
3 eggs 1 teaspoon marasquin or rum

Preheat oven on  400°Fahrenheit (200° C.)
Beat the butter until creamy
Pour in the sugar and vanilla sugar,beating.
Pour in the eggs, stay beating.
Add the milk, stay beating until thickened.
Put in the flour and the grounded almonds.
Stir this a short time. It has to be fluffy.
Spray cookies with a milled edge on the
          buttered baking sheet.
Bake 10-15 min. in the midst of the oven.
