Cheese cookies

Ingrediėnts Preparation

125 grams butter Beat the butter with the pepper and salt until creamy.
a little pepper Add the egg-yolks beating one by one.
a little salt Mix the cheese with the flour.
3 egg-yolks The taste of the cheese has to be strong, if not add
100 grams grated old cheese. now the curry.
300 grams pastry flour Put it airily through the butter-egg-yolk mixture.
1 teaspoon curry Let it be stiff on a cool place in 15 minutes.
Roll the dough on lightly floured surface.
Cut the dough in equal pieces.
Make from the pieces little balls and flatten them out.
Put them on a greased baking sheet.
Take care for space between them.
Bake in the middle of the oven on 350°Fahrenheit,
that is 175°Celsius, until golden brown. (± 15 minutes)
In the gas oven it is stand 3. The flames look like drops.
Take care that the cookies are not getting to dark.
If they are to dark, than the taste gets bitter.
Immediately out of the oven: Move the cookies with a
spatula. Then they don't stick to the baking sheet.
