Cauliflower soup

Ingrediėnts Preparation

 

1 liter stock of chicken (beef) Bring the stock in a pan to a boil. .  
1 cauliflower Wash the cauliflower and remove the outside leaves.
1 tablespoon of lemon juice Cut the cauliflower in pieces.
1 carrot Grate  the carrot in coarse ropes
½ green bell pepper Cut the bell pepper in ropes
¼ teaspoon of chili paste Cut the garlic in ropes.
3 parts of garlic Put all this in the stock with the chilipaste, the mace and
¼ teaspoon mace of nutmeg with  the lemon juice.
1 tablespoon of fresh chives Bring it to a boil again and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
Take out half of the cauliflower and grind it until a paste.
Put this back in the soup and just before serve up,
add the fresh chives.
